The resistance /
temperature characteristic depends on the carrier density. The
temperature coefficient is approx. -2%/°C. Therefore, the sensors
provide divided voltage output with two elements connected in series,
enabling the output voltage drift relative to temperature change to be
reduced by one digit. |
